The business was established in 2002 by Anthony Dring, a civil engineering graduate of Cardiff University. Anthony had prior to this, worked for several engineering consultants and a large developer as a Structural and Civil Engineer. Upon forming the company in 2002, Anthony initially worked on the construction design and management of residential and commercial projects. Since 2019 the company has specialized in structural construction design and structural reports for private clients in the South Wales and Greater Bristol regions.

The company has designed for residential and commercial structural alterations all over South Wales using steel, concrete and timber support solutions.

We provided; structural support solutions for a commercial refurbishment at Gaucho Restaurant, Cardiff; structural loading assessment of a warehouse in Grangetown; retaining wall design for a private access road at Sainsbury’s local in Rhiwbina and timber building designs for several schools in the South Wales region.

We have successfully completed numerous structural condition surveys for residential properties all over South Wales.

We have designed numerous loft conversion and extensions all over the South Wales region as well as new build homes, which includes a recent development in South Cornelly.
